1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service (or the minimum age required in your country if higher). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Users who create accounts represent that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Download the mobile application from an authorized app store.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the Service for commercial resale, sublicensing, or any unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or branding in the app.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (invitation cards, custom text, uploaded photos). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that your content:

• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful material.
• Does not contain malware, spam, or any harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

EasyInvite offers free features with optional paid upgrades (“Premium”). All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), subject to their respective terms.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are governed by Google Play's or Apple's refund policies. For issues specific to our Service, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the trial end unless cancelled beforehand.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us including templates, designs, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Nimje Digital Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Invitation cards you create and download using our templates may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing on WhatsApp for your event). You may not:

• Resell or commercially exploit templates or downloaded designs.
• Claim ownership of the underlying template designs or app assets.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Create or distribute spam, misleading, or fraudulent invitations.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person or group.
• Upload content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the Service displays ads provided by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Premium subscribers may receive an ad-free experience. By using the free Service, you consent to the display of advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Template availability and features may change over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nimje Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact [email protected].

11. App Store Terms (Google Play & Apple App Store)

If you downloaded the app from an app store, the following also apply:

• These Terms are between you and Nimje Digital Solutions, not with Google or Apple. Google and Apple have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store's terms, the app store's terms shall govern.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app (e.g., your wireless data agreement).
• Google and Apple are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amravati, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
