Digital Products

EasyInvite provides digital invitation and greeting cards. Since these are instant digital products, we do not accept returns once delivered. Website users should check the watermarked preview before payment. App users should review template previews before purchasing premium access.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions made via Google Play or Apple App Store are subject to those platforms' return policies. EasyInvite does not process app store refunds directly please use:

Non-Returnable Items

All digital invitation cards and premium features are non-returnable once delivered or unlocked. Customized designs cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exceptions

We will review cases where:

Payment was charged but the design/feature was not delivered.
Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
