Refund & Cancellation Policy

In-App Purchases

All purchases made through the EasyInvite app are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). Refunds for these transactions are primarily governed by the respective platform's refund policy:

• Google Play Refund Policy
• Apple App Store Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via your Google Play → Subscriptions or iPhone → Settings → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until then.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
• Free trial converts to a paid plan if not cancelled at least 24 hours before trial ends.

Refund Eligibility (App)

We will consider refund requests for the following:

• Payment charged but premium features were not unlocked due to a verified technical error.
• Duplicate charge for the same subscription or purchase.

Contact us within 48 hours of the charge at [email protected]. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Digital Downloads (Website)

For purchases made on easyinvite.in (not through the app stores), no refunds are issued once the digital invitation card is delivered. Exceptions apply only if the download link was not received due to a technical error. See our full website Refund Policy.
