Delete Account

Applies to EasyInvite website and mobile application

You can request deletion of your Easy Invite account and all associated data using the options below. Once processed, your account, saved designs, and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly within the app:

  1. Open the Easy Invite app
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm deletion when prompted

Request via This Form

If you can't access the app, fill in the form below. We'll process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your registered email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful deletion, we will permanently remove your account information (email, user ID), saved invitation designs, and any content you have created within the app.

Data Retention

Some basic logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, after which they are permanently deleted. Financial transaction records may be retained as required by applicable law.
